Dr. Abdul-ilah Hachem is an Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon specialising in shoulder surgery, arthroscopy and complex reconstructive procedures.
His clinical and research activity focuses particularly on shoulder instability, rotator cuff disease, arthroscopic surgery and complex reconstruction, including the treatment of sports-related shoulder disorders.
He combines clinical practice with teaching, scientific activity and advanced surgical training, participating regularly in specialist courses and scientific meetings related to shoulder surgery.
At BAIS 2026, Dr. Hachem will present “The Athlete’s Shoulder”, focusing on instability, rotator cuff pathology and the clinical and imaging factors associated with postoperative failure in athletes.
